After years of suffering from lower back pain known as Sciatica, and being constantly told by doctors that bed rest was the only way to get rid of the pain, I decided to research sciatica and look for ways to get rid of the sometimes disabling pain.
I found a lot of products on the market, many of which work very well in relieving the pain in my lower back. Many of these products also gave things that could be done to help prevent the return of Sciatica.
Knowing that there are many people who suffer from Sciatica I decided to start this web site to give as much free information on sciatica as well review some products that work for me everyday.
It my hope that this information will help many who suffer as I have in the past and help them to become pain free and stay pain free as I do now.
